If you need an emergency appointment or are looking for a slot outside of the hours you see available, feel free to send us a message — we'll do our best to accommodate you!

• A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is only refundable if the appointment is cancelled by us.
• The remaining balance must be paid in CASH/CARD on the day of your appointment.

We recommend booking your appointment as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred date and time. But we will do our best to accommodate any emergency or closer bookings.

Available slots are released on the 20th @ 18:00PM of every month — be sure to book early to avoid disappointment!

SL Hair UK is based in North London – Archway, N19.

Nearest Train Stations

• Archway Station — approximately a 4-minute walk
• Upper Holloway Station — approximately a 5-minute walk

Parking

There is no longer free parking available outside the residency. Please notify us upon your arrival outside so that we may provide further directions to the private car park. Please allow yourself plenty of time to find a parking space and locate the venue to avoid any delays.

• Appointments before 12:00 PM are classified as premium slots and will incur an additional £15 fee.
• Appointments booked less than 2 days before are considered emergency slots and will include a £10 fee.
• Same-day appointments will incur an extra £20 fee.

Please do not book these slots if you are unwilling to pay the additional fees, as they will be automatically added to your total.

• You must reschedule at least 72 hours before your original appointment time.
• Failure to do so will result in a £15 rescheduling fee.
• Same-day rescheduling or cancellations are not allowed and will be considered a no-show. In this case, 50% of your remaining balance will be charged to your card.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by us. For any customer care enquiries, please email enquiries@shorahair.com.

To help ensure everything runs smoothly, our appointments are timed to perfection. A 10-minute grace period is allowed as a courtesy. After this:

• 10 minutes late — £10 fee
• 20 minutes late — £15 fee
• More than 20 minutes late — Appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-show

No-show appointments are subject to a 50% charge of your remaining balance.

Hair Preparation

• Arrive with freshly washed hair, free from any product or oils.
• Please also make sure your hair is clean and fully blow-dried before arrival.
• Please do not arrive with freshly relaxed hair. Allow one to two weeks before the booking date.

Unit Drop Offs

• Please ensure your unit is dropped off in time to avoid an emergency styling fee.
• The drop-off address will be provided shortly after your appointment is booked.

Extras

• If you'd like to leave your appointment in pinned curls, please bring your own pins, or a £5 fee will apply.

Aftercare & Adjustments

• You are encouraged to speak up during your appointment if something isn't to your liking.
• Please note: No refunds are issued.
